Ingredients:



  • Wheat Flour - 1 cup
  • Black pepper powder - 1 tsp
  • Cumin 1/2 tsp
  • Cilantro - 1/4 bunch
  • Jalapeños - 1
  • Scallions - 2 tsp
  • Salt - 1/4 tsp
  • Baking Powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Water - 1.5 cups



How To Make:



  • Chop jalapeños, scallions and cilantro.
  • Add all of the dry ingredients except baking soda.
  • Add about 1 cup of water.
  • Keep it aside for 10 mins.
  • Add chopped jalapeños, scallions and cilantro.
  • Add baking soda and give it a quick stir.
  • Adjust the consistency to be like pancake batter, adding water little by little.
  • Scoop a ladle full of this batter onto a heated pan and cook the pancakes.
  • Remove onto serving plate. 
  • Serve with hot and spicy chutney and iced tea.

How To Make:

  • Add salt and black pepper powder (if not added already).
  • Adjust the consistency to be like pancake batter.
