How to Make:


  • Wash and slice apples thin.
  • Cut dates into fine pieces, removing the pit, if any.
  • Toast the freshly baked cinnamon raisin bagel to medium brown.
  • For first two slices, spread a spoon of hazelnut butter.
  • For the next two slices, spread a spoon of peanut butter.
  • Top the toasted bagel with chopped dates and raisins.

  • Sauté the veggies with chilies with 2 tsp olive oil and a pinch of salt until al-dente.
  • Lightly toast bread slices.

  • Keep aside for 5 minutes for the bread slice to absorb the veggies.
